BSA | The Software Alliance applauds Senators Roger Wicker (R-MS) and Maria Cantwell (D-WA) as well as Representatives Frank Pallone (D-NJ) and Greg Walden (R-OR) for their bicameral, bipartisan letter to the US Department of Commerce and the Federal Trade Commission urging them to work with their European counterparts to ensure consumer and business services are not disrupted as a result of the European Court of Justice’s recent decision invalidating the EU-US Privacy Shield.
